S&B's Stress Relief Part 3


After a miserable battle with eczema last week, I am making some 
serious changes to relieve stress.  So I am taking action with my new
workout schedule.  I'm going to stick with it ... well I'll try anyway.  
Just remind me to get off my butt!

    Good luck relieving your stress - I'm still staying away from Pinterest, because I just know I'll never get anything else done.

  2. I am not doing Pinterest because I know it will become an addiction!!

    I have eczema, too. How do you treat yours? This is a bad time of year for it.

  3. Good for you! Sorry about the eczema -my dad suffers from eczema and it has been really bad lately because of his stress over mom's health. I know that it is no fun at all.
