We never could forget...Brenda
Susan ~ I will NEVER forget. I was working at a law firm and looking over the U.S.-Canadian Border. One of the lawyers came in crying. Her brother worked in the Twin Towers. She did not know where he was or whether he had perished. It was horrible. Luckily enough, he was in California on a business trip. Unfortunately, his whole office staff perished. I remember seeing the guards with machine guns on the Canadian side of the Border and I remember the jets flying over the Detroit River. I felt so afraid and just wanted to go HOME. It was a day I will NEVER FORGET. every 9/11 I sit quietly and thank God for all of the Firemen, Police and Rescue workers putting their lives on the line and I quietly think.....all of the people who did not make it ~ dads, moms, uncles, aunts, children. It is a tragedy that is beyond all comprehension. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, will I forget. (((Hugs))) to you for remembering and all those who lost their lives and all of the HEROES who helped.xo
Bentley and I LOVE and read every comment.
