After a miserable battle with eczema last week, I am making some
serious changes to relieve stress. So I am taking action with my new
workout schedule. I'm going to stick with it ... well I'll try anyway.
Just remind me to get off my butt!

I am not doing Pinterest because I know it will become an addiction!!

Good for you! Sorry about the eczema -my dad suffers from eczema and it has been really bad lately because of his stress over mom's health. I know that it is no fun at all.
