Christmas Cookie Baking Lunch

Every year I bake cookies to deliver to my neighbors.  I've never been a
great baker, but I do enjoy baking cookies to share with friends.  If I stop
and make myself some lunch, I won't be quite so tempted to taste test
all the cookie dough ;-)

Don't tell David I told you that ~ he thinks he's the only one who likes to
eat the dough.  Oh and I better save some dough for our friend George
because the last time I baked cookies he reminded me to save him
some of the dough too!

Bentley ~ Mama will bake you your own dog shaped
peanut butter cookies because I know you love them.

Susan and Bentley

  5. We always wanted to scrape the pots and pans for left over dough. Yours look really good.

  7. Good morning,
What a pretty picture - it drew me in! I have never been a cookie dough eater, but my daughters certainly both are! But we all LOVE baking cookies. Sounds like such fun.

  8. Susan, I had to laugh -- while I don't eat the cookie dough, I do "have to" test baked cookies from each batch! :D Maybe having a bit of lunch first would be a good idea!

    1. I had to laugh because I have to test each cookie batch too. After taste testing each batch and sneaking a bit of dough too, January is always a wake up call every year ;-) Thanks for stopping by Jean!

  9. Cookies are my absolute downfall starting with the dough to hot out of the oven.
