Christmas Porch Through the Years

I have to look through my Picasa Albums to see how I decorated

for Christmas in years past.  Right now I am working on the

Christmas porch.   I love decorating the porch every year, but I

have a tendency to forget the details, so it's fun to look back and to

also remind myself to be creative and go for a different look.

This was the porch in December 2013, which was the first 

Christmas we lived in this house down in Texas.  I went with a

wintery theme because I was missing Idaho.

This little Victorian rocker has been decorated many, many 

ways over the years.  I love it!

Now this next grouping is a Christmas in July theme.  Trust

me living in South Texas in July, decorating for Christmas

is a tough task ;-)  

Let's flash back to when I lived in Idaho.  My "Hot Chocolate

on the Porch" theme is still one of my favorites.

Yes ... still my favorite.  

Wonder what I will create this year?
