Autumn Picnic

We are so lucky here in Idaho. Our autumn days are pure bliss. Afternoons like this one make me want to grab a quilt, pack up a picnic and enjoy the day!

David and I will enjoy some wine, some cheese, grapes and some crusty french bread.

And collect some decorations for a fall display. I hope that you are taking advantage of the lovely autumn days too!! I am linking up with Sue's Rednesday and the other Susan's Tablescape Thursday. Be sure to stop by and visit them too.

Go get your Pooh Bear Bentley and I'll throw him for you to chase!

Love,
Susan and Bentley

  4. I can't get my two to chase a toy and bring it back. They don't seem to get it. A picnic sounds delightful!

  10. Yes, it's still perfect weather for a picnic! It looks like you've packed all that you could possibly need to have a great one. And as long as you bring Pooh, Bentley will have a great time too, I'm sure!
    Happy REDnesday!

  11. I haven't been on a picnic in years! I must hang around with the wrong crowd. :)

What are those orange/red berries? Do you know? This past few weeks I've seen a few bushes that are full of the most gorgeous cascades of berries that just like these. I don't know what they are. Do you know if they hold up for inside displays???

  12. Susan,
If I lived closer, you and David would have a "third wheel" at your picnic. It looks wonderful!!! Bentley, I will throw Pooh bear for you to retrieve.

  16. How absolutely gorgeous Susan! I love your setting! And yes, fall is so lovely!! My favorite season for sure :)

Thank you for the link! I had actually looked there already, but at first, I saw they were only included with fireplaces and I already had one. But this morning I must have been more "sharp" lol after my coffee and I realized I had to click to the next page to see the light part sold separately lol! Thanks so much sweetie! xo

Enjoy your wine and cheese! Yummy! and your beautiful fall too!

    Hugs, Cynthia xo

    Happy Tablescape Thursday...

  20. Your picnic looks utterly delightful! Cheese is my favorite food, so that's a perfect picnic for me. (Mister would wonder where the meat and potatoes are, and ask for a newspaper to read!)
