I have been working on this quilt for years.
I get very enthusiastic and can't put it down. Then I
put it down and don't get back to it for weeks and weeks.
Do you think I will ever finish it?
I hope so.

What a delightful & pretty quilt, Susan. I am sure you will get it done sooner than later ... you can use it on the front porch in the cool of autumn (coming soon - chuckle!).

ReplyDeleteI loved finding quilt pieces that my grandma started, each one was like a treasure! My sister finished one of her quilts and made it into a baby quilt for my nephew. He adored it. The pattern you are using is a hard one to sew, I admire you, keep going. Susan S.

ReplyDeleteYou will finish it when you are ready. I have projects like that...Pick them up...put them down...and start again. Maybe it brings us comfort working with the familiar?
