Bentley Gets Into Something Stinky

Bentley ~ what did you get into???  You are all stinky!

Bentley ~ did you roll around in cat poo in the yard???
You are covered in it and you are stinky too!
Don't deny it Bentley.  Now off to the tub we go!

Yes Bentley ~ momma forgives you.  Try very hard not to do this again.

It took about a half and hour of soaking, shampooing and conditioning
to get him cleaned up.  I hope the bath deters him from doing that again ;-)

Big Texas Hugs,
Susan and the now clean Bentley

  1. Oh my, the tears are streaming down my face right now, I am laughing so hard. My little Mindy used to do this ALL the time. What is it with Terriers that make them so cute when they are so bad..... Thank goodness little Chico only rolls in dead worms when it rains ~ I don't know what is worse....... Thank you Bentley for giving me a much needed belly laugh. (((Hugs))) to you my sweet sister ~ xo

  2. He's so teeny you could probably bathe him in a bucket! Lol. Naughty boy, but how could you not forgive that sweet little pup! I just visited a lady today who had a Yorkshire Terrier & Chihuahua mix. He was the best behaved & sweetest little dog I think I've ever seen.

  3. Susan and Bentley, Well there is something magical that causes dogs to roll in other animals poop. Hunter hasn't done that but my old dog Sadie loved it when she was off lead and could roll. Me, I didn't like it so much! Hoping the bath works-I'm betting on him though.

  6. That is pretty funny, Susan. Though I suspect you weren't laughing! Sadie will sometimes find a spot in someone's yard and roll around in the grass like she is bonkers. I wonder what smell could possibly be so inviting, when I don't see a thing in the grass. Fortunately it hasn't been cat poop. Hopefully Bentley won't make this mistake again. ;-)
