Chenille is perfect in a cottage. It's soft and cozy.
Great for the bath ...
For the shower ...
For a sweet little rug ...
For a puppy! Don't tell Bentley about the puppy, he has not seen this yet. Thanks for stopping by to see a bit of my chenille collection on this Show and Tell Friday. Please stop by to visit Cindy at her lovely Romantic Home. She's looking great! She's thin, trim and has a cute new "do"! I am also joining Kate for Flaunt it Friday. Stop by and visit her too.
Okay Bentley ... about that chenille puppy ...
Love,
Susan and Bentley

Susan the chenille is all so pretty. I have a cheap one that I use in the summer to cover up with.Love them all. We can't find things like that around here. Our relatives all cut them up to use as rags. Oh my heart. Hugs, Pat

The shower curtain is absolutely adorable! I don't have one bit of chenille in my home. Gotta change that.

That is too cute about Bentley not seeing the chenille puppy, lol!
ReplyDeleteI have an old yellow chenille coverlet and you have inspired me to make some pillows or some interesting thing with it!
Have a super good day Susan, hugs to Bentley...

I LOVE chenille! You have a pretty collection! ~Hugs, Patti
ReplyDeleteI usually have at least one chenille robe. Perfect weight, warm and cosy, but not bulky. Growing up I remember having chenille bedspreads throughout the house.
ReplyDeleteI love all your chenille!!! I have one chenille queen spread (found at a garage sale) that i use on my bed during the summer, as it is so light weight. I wish I knew what happened to the chenille spreads my grandmother had on the beds upstairs... one of my cousins must have them.
ReplyDeleteHi, thanks for stopping by my Cape May post - it is truly a delightful little town to visit. I love this chenille post, you know, I've forgotten how great a look it is. Where do you find all of your great pieces? I have to begin including some into one of my bedrooms I think. Thanks for sharing. I love the music on your blog too! Ciao, bella!
ReplyDeleteChenille is very cottagey! It's so soft and comfy! You have such a pretty collection!

ReplyDeleteI love chenille Susan. Your so lucky to have quite a collection. I keep looking and looking for a chenille bedspread but they are sooo hard to find!! Love that puppy oh wait till Bentley sees it!

I, too, just love chenille. I bought a vintage chenille bedspread at a gift shop several years ago and it is my most favorite bedspread EVER. It is so soft and comfortable. I liked it so well I ordered another chenille bedspread from LL Bean but it isn't as soft as my vintage one. I love your collection.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree more....it is perfect for a cottage! I have two and I'm always looking for more.
