I want to thank Katie from Let's Add Sprinkles for organizing the
Fall In Love With Texas blog tour. It was so much fun being part of
this tour and working with my fellow Texans. They all have helped to
make me feel so at home here.
I also want to thank Brenda from Cozy Little House for organizing
and including me in her Fall Harvest Tour. Brenda is the very first
blogger I met after I wrote my first couple of blog posts. She
took the time to introduce me to other bloggers and spent hours on
the telephone with me helping me to learn the nitty gritty of
putting a blog together. I will always be grateful for her efforts to
give me a leg up.
So please visit both these fine organizers and all the participants
of these tours. Everyone put so much heart and soul into their
blog posts and have opened their homes and have invited y'all
in for a visit.
And now ~ why you should fall in love with Texas ....
There is so much to love about Texas, from the charming stone cottages of
historic Fredericksburg ....
And to the stately historic homes of my town, Victoria.
To the cute cottages of Rockport on the South Texas Coast.
Fun eateries in small towns serving up good food Texas style.
And antique shops galore always honoring the specialness of this
great state.
Let's not forget Antique Week up in Round Top. The line of cars
headed up to this event through the beautiful Texas countryside gets
longer every year, but it's definitely worth the wait!
Azaleas every spring. Mine were spectacular last spring.
And my blooming ginger in the back yard.
The great cities of Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin.
Each with their own vibe. I could go on and on. Texas has become
home to me and I am proud of this state.
Bloggers are proud of their homes too and here is the list of the
participants of the last day of these two fall tours.
From Texas we have ~
And from the Fall Seasonal Harvest Tour we have ~
Thanks for stopping by y'all!
