We have not even celebrated Halloween yet and Thanksgiving is weeks away,
but I am already starting to think about Christmas decorations.
Are you thinking about Christmas too?
I am blaming it on the Hallmark Channel! They have been advertising
their Christmas movies and now my mind has been highjacked ;-)

Too soon? I have seven grandchildren, 21 years to 18 mos. I am am finished shopping granted the three oldest get checks and a small gift to open, but finished. This year we are only decorating the tree in white lights and all my glass icicles. No ornaments, making it easy this year. So I guess I have been thinking of Christmas. I have been doing winter cross stitch too. The answer to too soon...never.
ReplyDeleteI'm blaming it on the cool weather that rolled in ... three days of cool is better than none! :)
ReplyDeleteLOL- Yep- Every year I buy all four of our children (family present) some little thing (all alike)-could be a special plate or a candle-just something to remind them that we are all a unit. Anyway, I was somewhere yesterday and found the perfect thing (for a fraction of what I usually spend) so I guess you could say that Christmas is on my mind (a bit). xo Diana
ReplyDeleteYes, I have been thinking of Christmas decorating...I bought a cedar-balsam candle this week and am already using it...and I've actually already ordered my cards. I usually start putting out greens right after Halloween. In Minnesota, the trees will be bare and it will be cold then, so it feels right to have greens around the house!
ReplyDeleteYou're not the only one! Me too!!!
ReplyDeleteI hate to say it but I am too!
ReplyDeleteI am thinking about Christmas. This always happens to me. I love your tea cup and butterfly house.
ReplyDeleteI'm enjoying autumn too much, but I'm certainly addicted to that Hallmark Channel, haha.
ReplyDeletebEautiful! and it's never too soon in my opinion :)
ReplyDeleteIt finally feels like Autumn and I love it. Most of my neighbors have been decorating for Halloween plus the usual Fall. Yup, I've been planning the Christmas decor in my head for 2 weeks now! Cannot wait for the Hallmark movies to begin :) !
ReplyDeleteI just decorated our house for fall, but I'm already thinking about Christmas. Decoration, the menu and maybe I'm gonna make the Christmas cards this year too!
ReplyDeleteAll the best from The Netherlands,
Petra
