My favorite toolbox has been tweaked for Christmas.
Now it's filled with bits of fabric, a tiny rolling pin,
and an angel.
Cookie cutters, bits of ribbon and a vintage Santa candle.
Ready for things I need to help make this
Christmas Merry and Bright!

The squirrels have eaten all of the pumpkins that used to be on
the porch. Now they are eating the pumpkins and the squash in
the flower boxes. Bentley is really busy trying to keep them all
in line. He is like the maitre d'hotel of the Ash Tree Cottage
squirrel buffet!

Susan and Bentley
Susan, it's a baking and Christmas delight. Olive

So cute!
ReplyDeleteThose must be some fat and happy squirrels!
Lucky squirrels! love the tool caddy with the vintage red Christmas items with the aluminum cutters. If you get tired of this, I accept hand-outs!
ReplyDeleteI kept expecting the squirrels here to eat all the pumpkins on our front porch. So far they have ignored them. Guess it doesn't much matter at this point. I might just throw them down into the woods and let the critters have a feast. ;-)
ReplyDeleteOh I do like all that you have in your toolbox , so cute ! The squirrels have been competing here with the Blue jays for peanuts ha ha I made a funny ! The squirrels pay no attention to Miggs anymore instead they taunt her . Have a good day !
ReplyDeleteYour toolbox is wonderful for the season. Love what you have done with it. Funny, the squirrels here have not touched the pumpkins. They must have yummier treats ~ don't know. I took my pumpkins and made pumpkin soup. Yummm ~
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day ~
That is just perfect! Don't forget Rednesday this week!

Holiday Greetings Susan and Bentley, I love the tool box, but then I love all your decorations!
ReplyDeleteThat was a very thoughtful thing to do by leaving pumpkins for the squirrels-glad Bentley was such a gracious host.
Have a great evening.

I love this, I am going to copy this for sure! Bentley need to come chase squirrels at my house, my dogs just ignore them. The squirrels have eaten all of the beautiful rainbow chard I had in my urns by the front steps!

There are many different tool boxes. You have one of the unique ones.

Your little toolbox is the sweetest thing I've seen in a long time! At one time, I think I had about half a dozen of those boxes. One on the front porch, one on the back porch, and all throughout the house. You can stuff SO many cute things in them!
ReplyDeleteHappy REDnesday,
Carol
LOVE your Christmas goodie-filled toolbox! One of these days, I sure do hope to run across one!
