Miniature Hostas for My Garden

I have lots of shade in my garden around the cottage, so

I am always looking for interesting things to plant.  It's hard

because so many plants like sun.  When I discovered these mini

hostas, I fell in love with them.

And mini ferns too ... so cute that the fairies must be 

dancing!!

Dragons and Fairies and Succulents ~ Oh My!

Mom and I went to Edward's Nursery today and found ...

A Dragon's Den!

Inside his den are fairy lights and doesn't he look

content!

And we found fairies!

And sweet succulents planted with a vintage tea pot and plate.

And an old push lawn mower with a box of charming plants.

And more sweet succulents inside a vintage measuring cup.

All so charming with a special message to

Bloom Where You are Planted!

Mom and I hope you enjoyed our little tour!

Pink Around the Town

In my neighborhood there is a very cute pale pink cottage.

No, not my cottage, but one a couple of blocks away.

Patio Daddy-O

The 1950's was a time when backyard grilling came into

it's prime.  While this little book is not technically vintage yet ...

The recipes inside certainly are.

I started collecting these vintage trays.  I have Oregon, Wyoming

and Ohio (where both of my parents were born)

Sadly, I don't have Idaho yet.  But hey

Oregon is only 50 miles away!
