Like a Kid in a Candy Shop

Christmas ornaments, old and new.  Packages left on the front porch.
Cards from family and friends in the mail box.

Christmas lights and carols.  Store windows decorated with delightful displays.
Parties with friends.  The fragrance of fir trees.  The stillness of a snowy evening.

The joy of the season makes me feel like a kid in a candy shop!

Let's go visit ~

and

Bentley ~ you have some of your own Christmas posts planned
for next week don't you!

Hugs,
Susan and Bentley

  8. Oh, ribbon candy! I haven't had that since I was a kid. We used to get it in our candy bags after the church Christmas program. Anywho, thanks for visiting my blog. I'm following you, too.

  16. It just occurred to me as I read your post: I haven't had a single piece of candy this Christmas season!!! What is WRONG with me??!!?!? I have lots of it all over the house as decor, but I haven't dipped into it even one time! I must be losing my mind around here!!!!!!
