I love to sew and quilt and spend time making all sorts of cute little
things. Unfortunately, I don't have much free time, but when I do it is
just so relaxing and fun to let my imagination take over.
This was my first attempt at a handmade pincushion. I would like to try
this technique again. Oh and I made the little miniature quilt too.
I made this pocket pillow for Easter.
The pocket is perfect for storing a copy of the Velveteen Rabbit and a bunny too.
I added some white ball fringe to a thrift shop lamp shade and finished
off the top with come vintage buttons.
I made this little pink glitter house for Christmas from a Ritz Cracker box.
Designed the pattern myself, added paint and cotton and glitter.
Here's a skating ornament I made with left overs from the Christmas glitter
house project.
Sewing machine cover made from scraps ~ chenille, felt, fabric and
buttons, rick rack and ribbon.
Vintage tray with patchwork created from scrapbook paper.
Pillow created from vintage Ralph Lauren fabric, vintage embroidered hand towel,
buttons and rick rack.
Hi!! Love the pincushion ,the quilt and everything..
