Vintage Guest Towels

I have been collecting vintage guest towels for years. I love the hand embroidery and the sweet crocheted edges.

Towels trimmed in satin ribbon and sweet scalloped borders.

I seek them out in antique shops and thrift shops too. I wonder about the women who so lovingly produced these sweet towels. Thank you for visiting me on this Vintage Thingie Thursday.
