I am tired of wearing heavy sweaters and a
down filled jacket.
I have the January blues and I am longing for spring.
I am going to make myself a cup of tea
and dream about sunny skies and warm days.
Care to join me?
Come sit in my lap Bentley and lets look at gardening catalogs.
Love,
Susan and Bentley

Duke and I will be right over! January is my least favorite month - it's only good for white sales! LOL!!
ReplyDeleteI am right there with ya! I've been missing lately because of it. I will definately join you for a cup of tea!
ReplyDeleteI clicked on an old post with the front of your cottage-I love it-adorable. That made me feel better.
hugs,
gail

Garden catalogs always perk me up...dreaming about summer and gardening and sitting on the boat...Oh, I'm happy already!
ReplyDeleteXO,
Jane
YOu and me, girl - quite alike. we must think about meeting up some time! This is the reason I added music to my blog... just needed a little more cheer - a sunshine in my day :)
ReplyDeleteHugs, SJ
I start hating January on January 2!! I cut the 1st a break 'cuz it's a holiday!!
ReplyDeleteEven though I live in TX, I don't like cold (40s are cold!)and I don't like grey. If you look at the definition of January you will find it says, "a long, tedious stretch of cold and grey." Really!
Mindy and I would LOVE to come over for tea ~ we would even bring the treats. I have already started looking at seed catalogues and making my list ~ ;-) Stay warm and dream of spring my friend.
ReplyDeleteI am with you I found a garden ornament at the dump today( I posted a picture)I am itching to get started. a little hard with all the snow on the ground. ugh

Isn't wonderful that the garden catalogs come out this early?
ReplyDeleteYou need to come out here for a visit Susan!
ReplyDeleteIt was plus 10 and sunny with no snow!
These are the days when I don't get homesick for Eastern Canada!
Stay warm and snuggly!

I'd love to join. Your table is lovely and the needlepoint pillow sets the whole vignette off!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Kathy
Susan,
ReplyDeleteI have been dreaming of redesigning my patio area and landscaping around it. I want to expand it and put in some flagstone, too. Bentley, you can come over and help dig holes with Cocoa and Theo for some new flowers!
