Here is a small dry sink. I have been wanting to paint this forever.
So I did and ...
It's coming with us to Texas.
I really hope that the movers don't freak out when they see
all of the dishes they have to pack!
And all of these accessories like Grandma's ceramic cat.
Yes Bentley ~ it is coming with us!
Happily Joining ~
Okay Bentley ~ that's enough tweaking. Now let's get
back to work getting ready for our move.
Big Hugs,
Susan and Bentley
Just moved ourselves but packed our own dishes and almost everything else. Never again - doing it your way next time and letting the movers pack it. I love the dry sink in white, it really lightens it up and it would make a really cute end table. Good luck with the relocation!
ReplyDeleteIt's really cute. And so is the ceramic cat. And yes, you too, Bentley.
ReplyDeleteTurned out so sweet , love it! Bentley is such a cutie!
ReplyDeleteHope you'll come share at Amaze Me Monday...
Blessings,
Cindy

It is amazing how a little paint can make such big changes in things. I rather liked it dark, but it looks great either way. Best of luck on your move to Texas You are welcome.
ReplyDeleteThe difference is night and day with the dry sink painted. Looks wonderful and I'm glad you are taking it to Texas. Bentley should be glad that the cat is only ceramic and won't take up any of your hugs!
ReplyDeleteIt looks adorable I'm jealous... lol it's too cute.. I had to laught when you said about packing dishes and the movers.. My kids are always telling me we aren't moving you anymore you have way to many dishes.. You need to get rid of some and I'm saying to me not on your life buddy... lol... The dry sink is so cute.. blessings with love Janice
ReplyDeleteI really like the dry sink white. It looks terrific and I am so glad your taking it with you. My son just shakes his head with all my dishes and stuff. I know when I pass it will be in the big dumpster...
ReplyDeleteWhen are you moving? Good idea to let the moving company pack your dishes because if they break - they will have to pay.

I love how that turned out, Susan. It is just great and I am glad you are keeping it- it is a perfect piece. Blessings and good luck with that move! xo Diana

ReplyDeleteIt is so pretty painted! Love it! Oh yes, all those dishes. As you know I packed myself, but it was and is so much work. More then my old body can handle to be truthful! Let the movers pack you I say!!!

Susan, it looks beautiful! I have an entire room of furniture that needs to be painted. I'll be doing a post on it in a few moments. I need color advice! Please stop by with some suggestions!
ReplyDeleteHopefully the movers will be gentle with your beloved possessions! Love the kitty!
what an adorable piece of furniture.
ReplyDeleteGreat piece, we said the same thing when we just moved about the movers. Bentley looks as if he is not sure about that kitty sculpture!
