It's about time I started baking cookies, and I need a little help.
Meet my assistant ~ Chef Gingerbread.
I have been talking about baking cookies, but something always
seems to distract me. If I don't get started soon, Christmas will be
long gone.
So .... to help motivate myself, I have set up a Christmas cookie baking
station. Sometimes I just need visuals ;-)
If you still have baking to do, or if you have not started yet, I hope
this will give y'all a nudge!

I have been doling out the goodies. Plan on making a few more things and a paleo coconut pie on Christmas Eve. I have decorated our kitchen with gingerbread items and a cookie cutter wreath my middle child has placed dibs on. Guess I will make another one after the holiday. Merry Christmas -enjoy your blog.
