Recovering From a Serious Illness

It's been a while since I logged in.  Unfortunately, I have been quite
ill and just had enough strength to get through a minimum of
social media.  While I won't go into any of the details now, I will
tell you that my breathing became more difficult and I started to have
some heart involvement.  To be honest, I was scared.  There are things
I still want to accomplish in this lifetime and I am not ready to give
them up.  We are getting this situation under control, but I will be
taking things easy for a while.   Consequently, I will be taking a few
more days off to heal and restore.  Frankly, my whole life will be
changing.  I will be back and I will be checking in with Facebook
and Instagram.  Sometimes life can throw you a curve and you can
either give into it, or you can fight back.  I choose to fight back.

Big Texas Hugs,
Susan and Bentley

  2. Praying for you Susan. You have a lot of living left to do.

  3. How scary! I hope you are better soon. I enjoy reading your blog but take time for you to beat this. Sending healing thoughts.

  4. Sorry to hear about your health problems. While your blog is a delight your health is more important. Take it easy, take your medicine and enjoy that wonderful miniature dollhouse.
    Prayers and blessings for you

  5. Susan, I am so sorry to hear that you have not been well. You will be in my prayers. xoxo

  6. My prayers are with you, your husband and Bentley as you travel through this new journey in your life. You are such a tiny little thing; please take care.

  7. Susan, I am so sad that you are suffering. I pray Gods healing over you and His peace to guide you and comfort you as you heal.

  8. Prayers for you, hubby and little Bentley. You are so right about everything. As they say, old age isn't for sissies-I don't know how old you are so I'm referring to myself here. I developed asthma in my late twenties and there's not a day goes by I'm not conscious of breathing. It's so so important and I think everyone takes it for granted until they have trouble breathing. It did affect my entire life in negative ways. Take care of yourself and relish the time with Bentley and hubby.

  9. Never good to hear about someones bad situation. May you soon be stronger and blessed soon. Take care.

  10. Muitas bênçãos para você.
    Que sua cura seja breve.

  11. So sorry...take care and get well soon.

  12. Praying for you! Take care of your health, and we understand some things come before blogging. When you are ready we will still be here.

  13. I am so sorry to hear about your health problems. Take as much time as you need to recover and get strong, we will be here when you come back! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

  14. I am so sorry to hear about your health problems. Take as much time as you need to recover and get strong, we will be here when you come back! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

  15. Take of yourself. This Texas weather has been hard on many others. So glad to know you are on the mend. Take care of yourself. Listen to your body. Sending you many thoughts are gaining your strength back. I'll still be thinking of you.

  16. I send you ALL GOOD WISHES and prayers for a full and complete healing. It sounds rugged but I'm glad you are mending.
