The new wicker side table is my latest mini addition. I keep finding these wicker
mini pieces and I am smitten. The little hooked rug is something I have owned for
many years. I purchased it back in Idaho at a charming little antique shop in
the North End. The shop owner had two mini rugs and the other one I bought
is a larger rectangular one in the same pattern.
The flowers in the woven basket are new too.
They add a hint of spring don't you agree?

Hi Susan,
ReplyDeleteCute little wicker pieces and that rug! I love it! I like that flower in that little basket too. Can't wait to see all of this in your house. I just bought another dollhouse and it has a wrap around porch so I will be in the market for some wicker too. I hope you'll stop by for a visit and you'll see the house and other mini projects I have been working on. Isn't it just so much fun?
Wishing you and Bentley a wonderful day!
Gina
So cute!!! For my daughter's doll house years ago, I had crocheted tiny rugs from very fine variegated yarns and they came out looking like braided rugs.........need to find all that stuff!!!
ReplyDeleteThe setting is so delightful, I wish I had something like that to read in. Why is everything cuter when it's tiny? I especially love the rug!

That is so adorable, and puts me in the mood for spring! Years ago, I 'subscribed' to the Xacto House of Miniatures kits - they would send a kit every month or so, I wish I knew what happened to them. I also had books from Michaels (probably stashed away in my barn, lol) with directions to make miniatures from balsa wood, and one on how to make tin can doll furniture ... you're bringing back sweet memories, and making me want to find those ...
